The online quote calculator provides a preliminary estimate based strictly on the parameters you input and the photographs provided. It does not constitute a legally binding contract or a final locked price. A final, binding quote will only be issued after a physical on-site inspection by a licensed VEN POOLS expert.
VEN POOLS operates as a Licensed & Insured entity within the state of Florida. All renovations, repairs, and completions are executed according to state compliance codes. We reserve the right to decline any project that we deem non-viable or unsafe during the physical inspection phase.
All content on this website, including gallery images, branding, design, and architecture, is the intellectual property of VEN POOLS. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
We work meticulously to provide exceptional service, however, VEN POOLS is not liable for structural failures originating from previous contractors (in the case of abandoned projects) until specifically diagnosed and overridden by our specialized recovery team in writing.
The Ven Pools Referral Accelerator Program allows active Oasis Plan members to earn maturation credits (1 month per qualified referral) that reduce the contractual 36-month maturation timeline for their Pebble System renovation. There is no maximum cap on the number of referral credits a member may earn.
A referral is considered "qualified" when the referred individual: (a) signs an Oasis Plan contract, (b) completes their Qualification Audit, and (c) makes their first monthly payment. Maturation credits are non-transferable and apply exclusively to the referring member's Pebble System timeline.
Capacity Clause: While maturation credits earned through the Referral Accelerator Program may reduce the contractual maturation timeline to as little as zero months remaining, the physical execution of the Pebble System renovation shall be scheduled subject to the operational and technical availability of Ven Pools, respecting the chronological order of milestone completion among all qualifying members. Ven Pools reserves the right to manage installation scheduling to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship on every project.
Golden Rule: Referral credits accelerate the Pebble System maturation clock only. The member must continue making their monthly payment ($575 or their customized rate based on pool dimensions) to maintain active maintenance, insurance, and warranty services. Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of services regardless of referral credit balance.
